A kaleidoscope of memories, secrets and passion.
Natan tries to grasp the image of Magda, his melancholic aunt who adopts him after the death of his parents. He recreates with his gaze and his words, like a delicate act of embroidery, moments of dream and kindness, love and crisis.
In the play 'It Comes Like a Hunter', Hoffmann's writing, which has surrealistic and formal characteristics, was translated into a stage language full of vivid images, body images and choreography with the fickle presence of subtle and dark humor.
The ensemble of actors acts and moves in precise coordination, like a beating heart, while listening and being sensitive to the text.
It was an honor to compose a soundtrack to this ambitious, surreal and soulful theatre play.
Runs monthly at HaSimta Theater, Old Jaffa (Tel Aviv-Jaffa).
