Mindset
A dance duet exploring walking, direction, and intention. By examining the body’s relationship with space and sharpening our awareness of how deeply we are dependent on our surroundings, the simple, everyday act of walking transforms into something poetic and intriguing. This dance develops a new movement language based on diagonals, revealing the effects of directional disruptions and asymmetry. The lack of symmetry uncovers hidden and forgotten aspects of life’s diagonals. At the start of the event, the audience is invited to participate in an engaging, experiential exploration of walking, offering an opportunity for active viewing and deeper immersion in the performance.
